SUMMARY:Book Presentation - "Hear My Cry: Guidance\, Stories\, and Tools for Accompanying Grief"
DESCRIPTION:Hear My Cry weaves together stories\, sacred words\, and practical tools from diverse cultures and faith traditions to honour the many ways in which people mourn\, remember\, and heal. \nFrom the silence of private sorrow to the rituals of collective lament\, the book offers a compassionate guide to accompanying people through loss. Drawing on reflections from across cultures\, faith traditions\, and lifestances\, together with a toolkit for real-life use\, it affirms that grief is not something to be fixed\, but something to be held with dignity\, meaning\, and care. \nJoin two of the book’s authors for a conversation about the book\, the ideas and design behind it\, and the importance of creating safe spaces in which grief can be acknowledged\, expressed\, and held with compassion. \nDrinks will follow the presentation. \nSunday\, 15 November 2026\, at 15:30\, at Rue Rivelaine 42\, B – 1428 Lillois-Witterzée. \nParticipation is free of charge\, but registration is required.
