Iconography Course — From Board Preparation to Gold Leaf

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the essential preliminary stages of icon painting: preparing the wooden board, applying the levkas, and working through all steps up to and including the application of gold leaf.

It is open to everyone — whether you are completely new to iconography or already have experience, and whether or not you plan to participate in the iconography course held at the beginning of August.

All materials, techniques, and processes will be carefully guided, making this an ideal opportunity to discover or deepen the foundations of this sacred art.
