Mission

The La Rivelaine Foundation is dedicated to preserving and enhancing this unique estate — rich in its natural, cultural, and spiritual heritage — for the benefit of present and future generations.
It seeks to make La Rivelaine a living space of encounter between humanity, nature, and the spiritual — a place of stillness, dialogue, and transmission of wisdom.

Aware of the challenges of our time — marked by divisions but also by a renewed search for meaning — the Foundation encourages transdisciplinary and transcultural exploration of the great questions of our age, in a spirit of openness and discernment.

With the support of Academia Sensuum, it contributes to the revival of sensory education, promoting a conscious engagement with the physical, intellectual, and spiritual senses — essential for an embodied spirituality and a harmonious relationship with reality.

Finally, the Foundation collaborates with dedicated partners, including the Monastic Association for Encounter and Dialogue and Incense & Fragrance, to carry out its projects and ensure the respectful and sustainable stewardship of the La Rivelaine estate.
